Patients’ health and ensuring the safety of our products is paramount. Should you or someone you know have any undesirable or unexpected experience associated with the use of any Kyowa Kirin product, we want to know about it. Our policy requires full compliance with all regulations and laws worldwide relating to reporting Adverse Events and individuals subject to this policy are required to report all Reportable Events within one business day of learning of it. We understand that there are situations where a patient and their physician may seek access to a Kyowa Kirin therapy, outside of a clinical trial, that has not been approved for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. In these exceptional situations, we are committed to working with patients, their physicians, and the FDA to evaluate and try and support the requests for expanded access.
